Where organisations use The Spec Sheet platform:

  • the customer organisation controls the personal information entered into the platform; and

  • TSS generally acts as a service provider processing information on behalf of that organisation for the purpose of delivering and supporting the platform.

  • provide services;

  • comply with legal obligations;

  • resolve disputes; and

  • enforce agreements.
